Your mission

  • Conduct visits with clients, providing a high level of service that highlights the benefits and amenities of the project
  • Schedule appointments and ensure follow-ups to achieve established objectives
  • Manage the documentation and processes related to the signing of leases
  • Participate in the organization and promotion of events (open houses, launches, trade shows, etc.)
  • Develop business development strategies in collaboration with management
  • Comply with corporate standards in terms of presentation and cleanliness
  • Perform any other related tasks

The desired profile

  • College diploma or DEC in real estate, an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year of condo rental experience
  • General computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, social networks)
  • Bilingual, both written and spoken
  • Energetic personality, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High availability (daytime + one day on the weekend)
