Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotions as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
