We're growing fast and building a lean, hungry outbound team to book meetings with HR leaders, Office Managers, and People & Culture teams who want better food for their teams.
Role Overview
We're looking for a
Commission-Only Business Development Representative (BDR)
to book qualified discovery / demo meetings for our Account Executive.
- Pay Structure:
Commission only –
$25 per attended meeting you book - Upside:
No cap. Top BDRs in similar roles book
100–150+ meetings per month - Schedule:
Flexible, but you must be able to work mostly during
North American business hours (Eastern Time) - Location:
Remote (Toronto-based or able to work ET hours)
This is perfect for someone who loves sales, wants unlimited upside, and is confident they can book meetings if given a proven script, training, and a hungry market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make
outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
to office managers, HR, People & Culture, and admins - Use our scripts and messaging to
start conversations
and qualify prospects - Book discovery / demo meetings
for our Account Executive using our calendar link - Accurately
log calls, notes, and meetings
in our CRM - Follow up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects
- Hit and exceed
weekly meeting-booking targets
(we'll agree on clear goals together)
Compensation – How You Get Paid
- $25 CAD per attended meeting
you book - A meeting is considered
"attended"
when the prospect shows up to the scheduled call - No cap on earnings – the more quality meetings you book that show up, the more you earn
- Example earning potential (not a guarantee):
- 40 attended meetings / month →
$1,000/month - 80 attended meetings / month →
$2,000/month - 120 attended meetings / month →
$3,000/month
This role is
100% commission-only
. There is
no base salary

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- 1–3 years in BDR / SDR / cold calling / appointment setting
- Experience selling to
HR, Office Managers, or corporate clients - Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, etc.)
