Enterprise Customer Success Manager – STAN AI

Our team is growing As part of STAN's team, the Enterprise Customer Success Manager will help drive long-term growth and retention of property management firms using STAN by building relationships and delivering solutions across an assigned book of business.

STAN is the first AI assistant built for residential property managers. Launched in 2019 by two former property management executives, STAN has quickly become the largest AI assistant in the industry. We offer multiple AI tools—from our flagship omnichannel assistant to add-on solutions—for property managers.

STAN has been recognized by Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Identify and develop account growth opportunities.
  • Expand adoption of STAN's AI tools across customer portfolios.
  • Deliver product walkthroughs and feature updates.
  • Set and track account targets aligned with Customer Success goals.
  • Reduce churn through expectation-setting and strategic problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engagement, Bot Review, and Onboarding teams.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within STAN.
  • Contribute to the development of account management processes and growth plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical consulting, implementation, customer service, or client success.
  • Sales experience and strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and CS platforms.
  • Experience scaling account management programs in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Strong business sense and problem-solving mindset.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
