Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in customer service, and the ability to analyze data to enhance client satisfaction. A multilingual capability, particularly in English and Spanish, is highly desirable.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated client records.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and drive additional revenue.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in client relations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with upselling techniques and strategies.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
