Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with our B2B clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for business development within assigned accounts and lead initiatives to expand service offerings.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss performance metrics, gather feedback, and present new solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably within B2B sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and their application in driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions that benefit clients and the organization.
