Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Ontario, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company's client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
