Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced skilled HVAC/Sales Technician to join our Service and Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a solid understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues effectively and sell new products and equipment to our clients.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Weld and plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs.
  • Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Attend sales appointments as required and complete HVAC estimates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience with welding and plumbing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with appliance repair techniques related to HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn more about the sales process and complete sales calls
  • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
