What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems with a customer-first mindset.
  • Present service options and explain recommendations clearly to homeowners.
  • Help customers protect their investment by offering maintenance memberships.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and vehicles that represent our brand.
  • Deliver 5-Star Service—friendly, professional, and transparent at every visit.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
  • Valid Manitoba journeyperson or apprentice license.
  • Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Team-oriented attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
