Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. We're hiring a Red Seal Journeyperson HVAC/R Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and customer care. You'll perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations while educating clients and representing our values of integrity and compassion. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform maintenance, safety checks, and start-ups Install furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps to code Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Maintain clean and organized tools, vehicle, and documentation Mentor apprentices and support a culture of education Qualifications Red Seal Refrigeration and B Gas Fitter license Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience 2 years of commercial preferred Strong diagnostic and communication skills Gas fitter license (Class B preferred) is an asset Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + bonuses Health and dental benefits Professional development A positive, professional workplace culture The chance to make a difference in your community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
