Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve customers by providing excellent service, assisting with food-related inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, food handling, or restaurant environments, and possess strong communication skills. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
  • Take food orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper meal preparation instructions are conveyed
  • Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and food safety practices
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking or meal assembly
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, counters, and utensils
  • Follow all food safety and handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
  • Strong serving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic understanding of food industry operations and restaurant procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
