Administrative Assistant – Financial Services

Location: Summerside, Prince Edward Island (In-Office Only)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Anticipated Start Date: February 1, 2026

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

Benefits: 100% employer-paid benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation, RRSP Match

About the Role

This is for an in-office role only in Summerside.

We are a growing financial services firm with offices in Stratford and Summerside, PEI, seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to support multiple financial advisors within a collaborative, in-office team environment. This role is client-facing and phone-intensive, focused exclusively on servicing existing clients. There is no cold calling or sales responsibility. You will work alongside an experienced senior administrative team member with established systems and training in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and coordinating appointments with existing clients

  • Professional phone and email communication

  • Calendar and scheduling management using Microsoft Outlook

  • Maintaining client records in CRM software (Salesforce)

  • Administrative support for multiple financial advisors

  • Electronic document management and digital filing

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience

  • Fluent English with exceptionally strong phone skills

  • Strong organizational and computer skills

  • Experience working in a fully electronic office environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook

Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or professional services

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

  • Experience supporting multiple professionals
