Spa Operator – Job Description

Reports To: Management

Summary

Bespoke Property Management prides itself on their ability to offer resort-style service to their elite clientele. This fall, BPM is looking to a Spa Operator to their team. The Spa Operator will ensure all aspects of a client's spa and/or pool are in pristine condition. Including but not limited to balancing, cleanliness, recognizing and facilitating repairs etc. We are willing to train

Job Duties

  • Balance spa or pool water for optimum safety & enjoyment
  • Clean spa or pool regularly
  • Seasonal open/close as required
  • Draining units as required
  • Regular training to increase knowledge & familiarity
  • Recognize deficiencies and facilitate repairs

Requirements

  • Experience with spa/pool operation
  • CPO certification or the willingness to obtain
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to follow dress code
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to work with clients sensitively and professionally at all times
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check

Work Conditions

  • Fulltime position
  • Wage between $25- $27 per hour based on experience
  • Signing bonus $200 following 90 day probationary period
  • Completion bonus $300 following end of contract date
  • Referral Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
