What will your days look like at LGI Solutions Health?

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Operations, you will working in the Managed Payroll Services team and be primarily responsible for assisting the Lead Analyst and Business Analysts with research and summarizing information relevant to payroll matters, organizing documentation, and continuously improving the team's recurring tasks. In addition, you will be responsible for managing mass communications and for reviewing and contributing to the drafting of communications and other reference documents intended for users of the LGI Payroll (Espresso) product.

How will your contributions be highlighted?

  • Collaborate with business analysts to conduct research in collective agreements, internal documentation, labour laws, interpretation guides (CPNSSS), and arbitration case law related to payroll within Québec's healthcare network;
  • Compile and synthesize relevant information obtained through documentary research to support the team's analysis and decision-making efforts;
  • Manage mass mailings related to internal and external communications, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and sent in a timely manner;
  • Draft, review, and format communications intended for various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the organization and documentation of relevant information and team knowledge in order to facilitate efficient and sustainable case and project management;
  • Collaborate with the Lead Analyst in organizing the team's work and in the continuous improvement and optimization of processes.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Solutions Health to succeed in the role:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent in a relevant field such as administration, law, or payroll;
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an environment related to payroll, healthcare, or business administration;
  • Knowledge of LGI Payroll (Espresso) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Québec's healthcare system and payroll-related legislation would be an asset;
  • Excellent document research skills;
  • Strong ability to synthesize information and prioritize effectively;
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional communications;
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks in an organized and efficient manner;
  • Proficiency with computer tools and word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software;
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential and required for this role as the person in this position will be required to communicate with French speaking colleagues and clients.
