Magnolia Denta- Guelph is a patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating positive experiences. We believe in innovation, community, and growth, and we're looking for a talented Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our digital presence and connect with our community.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to manage our online presence across all major platforms while producing visually compelling content in-house. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, design skills, and knowledge of social media trends to engage audiences and grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:-

The Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist

Will develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter..

They will be responsible for creating, posting, and monitoring content performance, engaging with followers, responding to messages, and fostering community interaction.

In addition to social media management, the specialist will design visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and web use, maintaining a consistent branding and visual identity. They will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create integrated campaigns and ensure alignment with company goals.

The role also involves conducting research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences, optimizing content based on engagement metrics and analytics, and suggesting new creative approaches to improve reach and engagement.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or Design, Political Science. Will consider a lower level of education based on passion for the industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
