Mississauga, Canada Tonyc Salon and Spa Square One Full time

Tonyc Salon and Spa Square One location, is now seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care. You will be working alongside Stylists, Estheticians, Assistants and other Receptionists while following all company policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures
- Cash handling and cashier duties
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments for guests and maintaining schedules
- Sales, including retail and service
- Occasionally running errands
- Stocking retail products
- Working with other front desk team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests
- Taking care of the salon appearance
- Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists
- Milano Software is a bonus

Applicants MUST have:

- Previous customer service and/or administrative experience
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Understanding of social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
