Studio Operations Special

Location: 650 Mount Pleasant Avenue

Base Salary: $45,000/year

Bonus Potential: Up to $8,000/year + growth incentives & milestone bonuses

Bonus Payout: Quarterly

Reports To: Studio Owners / Senior Management

About the Role

We're looking for a
sales-driven, people-focused Studio Operations Specialist
to lead the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studio while driving
membership sales, retention, and growth
. You'll be the engine behind our studio's success — managing front desk operations, nurturing client relationships, and bringing a results-oriented mindset to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

• Take full ownership of the
  membership sales process
  , from lead follow-up to closing
• Execute and refine sales scripts and strategies that convert leads into loyal members
• Track and hit monthly membership and revenue goals
• Implement retention strategies and follow-ups to maximize member lifetime value
• Lead grassroots marketing efforts, referral campaigns, and local collaborations
• Organize and host intro classes and info sessions to convert prospects

Client & Member Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member needs and feedback
• Handle account changes: freezes, cancellations, upgrades/downgrades
• Proactively engage with current and past members to increase satisfaction and renewals
• Manage overdue accounts with professionalism and persistence

Team Leadership & Staff Oversight

• Supervise and support front desk staff and instructors
• Conduct shift kickoffs, role-playing, and training to maintain a high-performance team
• Support onboarding and training of new hires
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure seamless day-to-day studio coverage
• Provide feedback to senior management for staff evaluations

Studio Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and fully functioning studio environment
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and supply inventory
• Ensure all operational systems are efficient and client-friendly

Administrative & Performance Reporting

• Monitor key studio metrics: attendance, revenue, retention, and new member growth
• Deliver regular reports and performance updates to senior management
• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose scalable solutions

Bonus Structure: Sales & Retention Focus

• Additional performance-based incentives and growth bonuses available
