We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Transportation team. This position coordinates and performs the Transportation Maintenance Branch's office operations and procedures; supervises Financial/Administrative Assistants; provides executive administrative assistance to the Director and program support to the planning and operational branches of the division including participation in planning and research projects

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Considerable experience in office management
- Considerable Experience supervising and training staff
- Considerable experience performing a broad range of administrative functions at a senior level
- Experience conducting research and project coordination
- Post-secondary education in Business or Public Administration or related discipline, will be considered an asset
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications, skills and knowledge, but also demonstrate suitability for the role and organizational culture. Key competencies for success in this role include:
