Make-Way Environmental Technologies Inc. is a leader in the Ontario onsite sewage market. Established in 1997, we recently celebrated over 25 years of excellence in providing advanced onsite sewage treatment, stormwater management, and rainwater harvesting systems across the province.

We are currently seeking a motivated and relationship-driven
Territory Manager
to join our team in
Southwestern Ontario
. This is a full-time position with a target start date of
March 01, 2025
.

The Role

As Territory Manager, you will serve as the face of Make-Way Environmental Technologies Inc. in your region. Your primary focus will be to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, including:

·       Onsite sewage system installers and designers.

·       Municipal building officials and regulators.

·       Stormwater management designers and engineers.

·       Advocates and promoters of rainwater harvesting technology.

Key Qualifications

We are looking for a self-starter who operates with transparency and professional excellence.

Relationship Management:
Ability to build lasting partnerships through daily sales calls and networking.

·       
Autonomy:
High level of self-motivation with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

·       
Technical Knowledge:
A Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) is preferred, though not essential.

·       
Digital Literacy:
Proficiency in basic computer skills and office technology.

·       
Presence:
Willingness to represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
