What can you expect in this role?
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a part of Canada's leading pet health insurance company. The Territory Manager is responsible for participating in setting strategies, leading on implementing tactical plans to attain business growth, deliver exceptional customer care, and execute the marketing of channel products and services. Territory Manager oversees our Vancouver territory
TM job duties also include, (but limited to) the below:
- Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for:
- Lead generation and quotes from veterinary clinics, breeders and animal shelters
- Booking and completing sales appointments
- Visiting and supporting veterinary clinics, breeders and animal shelters
- Manage Territory of 300 + accounts in territory
- Recognize and maintain/grow top partners
- Increase quote volume on an ongoing basis
- Managing clinics, breeders and animal shelters through in person visits and other communication tools
- General Monthly Administrative tasks:
- Friday responsibilities include handling administrative duties, such as record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and internal communications alongside strategic planning for the following week.
What do you bring to the role:
- Strong sales background is mandatory
- You must have strong communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license is required since role requires in person account visits
- You're a self-directed individual with demonstrated ability to drive results and multi-task while working to tight deadlines
- You're professional, friendly, and courteous

High degree of proficiency with English is required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
Salary Range: $59,300 - $109,200
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
