About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales & Leasing Manager
 to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting franchisees across our network. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with relationship management expertise to oversee site selection, leasing, and franchise development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Sale:
    Contact
    leads and respond to inquiries on all lead platforms regarding New development
  • Site recommendation & Analysis
    : Identify, evaluate, and recommend prime locations for new franchise and corporate stores.
  • Lease analysis
    : provide comparative rents and market rates and property managers to secure favourable lease terms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    : Work closely with franchisees, landlords, developers, and internal teams to align business objectives.
  • Franchisee Support
    : Provide ongoing guidance and support on processes to franchise partners.
  • Re-sales Supervision
    : Manage the resale process of existing franchises, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Corporate Store Sales Management
    : Oversee performance and sales strategies for corporate-owned locations.
  • New Development Process Management
    : Coordinate end-to-end development of new franchise units.
  • Supervise Franchise Renewals Management
    : Administer renewals and compliance for existing franchise agreements.
  • Trade Shows & Events
    : Plan, schedule, and attend trade shows to promote franchise opportunities.
  • Property Management Tasks
    : Handle miscellaneous property-related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related Experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, leasing,
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in lease management and franchise development.
  • Experience in utilizing CRM for Franchising and lease operations platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel overnight, for trade shows, and franchisee support.
