Overview

At INS Market we are redefining convenience for the modern consumer. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Franchising to lead the growth, development, and operational excellence of our franchising division. This executive-level role will be responsible for scaling our franchise model, managing franchisee relationships, ensuring brand consistency, and driving overall business performance across our franchise network.

Responsibilities

Franchise Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive franchising strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new markets and lead the expansion of franchise operations domestically (and potentially internationally).
  • Build a franchise recruitment pipeline through targeted marketing and outreach efforts

Franchisee Relations & Support

  • Serve as the first main point of contact for franchisees, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Ensure franchisees understand that they must adhere to brand standards, operating procedures, and contractual obligations prior to purchase.
  • Oversee the onboarding of franchise partners.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with marketing, real estate, finance, and operations teams to support franchise growth and success.
  • Report on franchise performance and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
