  • Identify and qualify potential clients and franchise candidates through inbound and outbound communication
  • Present the company's franchise offering and value proposition to prospective clients
  • Guide potential franchisees through the sales and decision-making process
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate franchise solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchisors to achieve sales and growth objectives
  • Manage and track sales activities, leads, and client interactions using a CRM system
  • Support continuous improvement of lead generation and sales conversion strategies

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in franchise development or similar
  • Must have experience managing workflows and projects using Monday CRM
