We are seeking a reliable and professional administrative assistant to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering an excellent patient experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

● Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner

● Manage patient appointments, schedule changes and reminders

● Answer phones and respond to email inquiries

● Process payments and manage patient billing records

● Coordinate practitioner schedules and treatment rooms

● Maintain accurate patient files and clinic documentation

● Support daily clinic operations, including light cleaning and restocking

● Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

● Previous administrative or reception experience an asset

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office

● Ability to multi task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy environment

● Professional, friendly, and team oriented demeanor

● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

● Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Hours & Compensation

● Part time hours available

● Competitive hourly rate based on experience

● Opportunities for growth and development within a supportive clinical environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week

Work Location: In person
