Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

  • Maintaining restaurant standards and perform service duties.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are met.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math for checks.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and check processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Passion to expand food and beverage knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
