Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with local marketing initiatives (flyer distribution, door-to-door marketing, community outreach)
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as social media posting and basic content creation
  • Help track marketing results and customer responses
  • Represent the brand professionally when interacting with homeowners and community members
  • Work closely with the management team to execute weekly marketing plans

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and well organized
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Interest in marketing, business, or entrepreneurship (experience not required)
  • Must be eligible to work in Ontario
