We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Production Manager** to serve as the foundation of our business operations. The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that painters are equipped with jobs to produce and that projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and team logistics effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:Client Communication and Project Coordination**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project scheduling and execution.
- Schedule projects with clients and confirm color selections before ordering paint and supplies.
- Introduce painters and crew chiefs to clients at the start of each job and conduct initial walk-arounds to discuss project details.
- Confirm contracts and selected colors with clients before handing over the client package.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and crew chiefs to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
**Marketing and Lead Generation Support**:
- Collaborate with marketers to analyze operational areas and identify marketing routes.
- Review and upload marketing routes to the Google Drive for superior oversight.
- Support marketers in their door-to-door efforts to collect leads of potential clients.
- Facilitate the transition of collected leads into an online platform for estimates and sales conversion.
- Promote communication and leadership development among team members as they strategize on obtaining new leads.
**On-Site and Material Management**:
- Order and pick up paint and materials from suppliers as needed.
- Transport ladders and necessary equipment to and from job sites.
- Conduct final walk-arounds with clients at project completion, ensuring all touch-ups are addressed and all materials are packed up.
**Safety and Team Development**:
- Foster the development of leadership and communication skills within the team by encouraging collaboration and innovation.
- Provide daily progress updates to the owner to ensure alignment with company goals.
**Finalization and Client Relations**:
- Collect final payments, completed contracts, and client feedback forms at the end of each project.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

**Skills**:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, crew members, and marketers effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges calmly under pressure.
**Licenses and Certifications**:
- **Valid driver’s license**:
- Reliable vehicle to transport materials and equipment between job sites.
**Availability**:
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends, depending on project and marketing schedules.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Capability to lift and transport ladders, paint supplies, and other materials as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
