**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Design**:

- Create company graphics, social media posts, and print-ready designs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- **Task Management & Organization**:

- Manage tasks, plan, and organize through Asana and Microsoft Teams.
- **Video Production**:

- Edit and produce promotional videos/podcast using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create, manage, and advertise content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns for Meta & Google Ads.
- **Photography & Videography**:

- Coordinate photography and videography during onsite visits using digital cameras and drones.
- **Business Administration**:

- Administer Google Workspace, Asana and any other administrative platform
- **Employee On-boarding & Mentoring**:

- On-board and mentor new employees on business processes and systems.
- **Automated Lead Pipelines**:

- Create automations for marketing processes using Zapier
- **Website Design & Development**:

- Maintain company website using Webflow
- Integrate CMS for blogs and dynamic content.
- **Device Management**:

- Implement Integrated Multi-Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Use SEMRush for SEO optimization, competitor analysis, and website performance improvement.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Reach out to satisfied clients for reviews and testimonials.
- **Sponsorships & Partnerships**:

- Oversee sponsorships and opportunities with local Ottawa businesses.
- **Analytics Monitoring**:

- Monitor and interpret analytics for Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- **Recruitment**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Asana, Google Workspace.
- Experience with paid advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience with web design (HTML, CSS, JS) and tools like Webflow and Figma.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMRush.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- College/University Degree in a related field or relevant experience needed.
