We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Camp Service Coordinator.

This role will be based in one of our remote Canadian project locations, where you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our camp facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform tasks according to safe work practices and procedures.
  2. Report any incidents or accidents immediately.
  3. Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the work area.
  4. Participate in daily toolbox meetings.
  5. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to our Food Safety Plan and Covid protocols.
  6. Support food storage and labeling of potential allergens.
  7. Organize food storage areas.
  8. Participate in daily toolbox meetings.
  9. Wash and replace bed linens as required.
  10. Clean common spaces at the work site, including the TV room, dining room, and laundry room.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a remote camp environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A team-oriented individual with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a rotational schedule.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
