Your Impact
As a versatile Administrative & Operations Assistant, you'll support daily business functions with a focus on efficiency and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Relations: Promptly and courteously address customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Data Management: Perform accounting data entry (Sage Online) and maintain production documentation.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and allocate credit card expenses.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy.
- Production Support: Generate operator efficiency reports and assist with shipping/receiving tasks.
- Office Coordination: Support the Office Manager with reception duties and administrative projects.
Qualifications
- Proven organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; bookkeeping/accounting experience is a plus.
- Must bring energy and positivity We value team players who thrive in a lively, collaborative environment.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
