Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and methodologies, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical wellness and helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment.

Duties

  • Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes (Reformer) for groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring participants understand the movements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages client participation and progress.
  • Maintain open communication with clients to address their questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the studio space, including equipment maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance your teaching skills through professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor in Reformer.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide clients through their fitness journeys effectively.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure classes start on schedule and run efficiently.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with an eagerness to motivate others.
