The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive mindset to identify and seize partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Partnership Development

  • Identify, research, and engage potential strategic partners (including but not limited to industry enterprises, technology providers, channel partners, and platform operators) that complement our existing business lines and support the growth of innovative businesses.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish, maintain, and deepen cooperative relationships, including negotiating partnership agreements, defining collaboration models, and setting mutual success metrics.
  • Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and due diligence to contract signing, implementation, and post-launch performance tracking.

Business Line Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as product management, sales, marketing, and R&D) to gain a deep understanding of the goals, needs, and pain points of existing business lines and innovative business projects.
  • Align partnership initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that ecosystem collaborations effectively support the expansion of existing services, the launch of new products, and the exploration of new market segments.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on partnership progress, share insights on market trends and competitor activities, and propose adjustments to strategies based on business feedback and market changes.

Resource Integration & Value Creation

  • Facilitate the integration of partner resources (e.g., technology, channels, customer bases, and brand influence) with internal capabilities to create synergies and deliver enhanced value to customers and both parties of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded products, or integrated service solutions that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Monitor the performance of partnerships against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue contribution, customer retention rate, and market share, and take corrective actions to address any issues or gaps.

Market & Industry Insights

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the relevant sectors to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats to the company's business ecosystem.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the partnership strategies of key competitors and identify ways to differentiate the company's ecosystem and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to the management team to support decision-making on business development and ecosystem expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem building, preferably in a technology-driven company or a fast-growing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that have contributed to business growth (e.g., increased revenue, expanded market reach, or enhanced product capabilities).

Core Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability, with the capability to align partnership initiatives with long-term business goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external).
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnership projects simultaneously and ensure their successful execution.
