Position Summary

The FP&A professional is responsible for providing financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. This role provides data-driven insight into entities' performance and value creation opportunities. Supports management decision-making by delivering high-quality analysis and performance metrics that align financial performance with business goals. This incumbent will play a key role in the finance digitalization implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support/Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports
    ,
    including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Partner with department heads to analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Consolidate financial results across multiple companies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, new investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by maintaining strong internal controls and data consistency.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end close to ensure alignment between financial reporting and management analysis.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within FP&A and across finance functions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power-Point and Power BI.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect financial insights to business strategy.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
