Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Product Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in PLM Functional Knowledge and Agile PLM to drive impactful solutions within the Supply Chain - Consumer Goods domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product lifecycle management processes ensuring efficiency and innovation in our consumer goods supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve product lifecycle management processes within the consumer goods supply chain.
  • Utilize your expertise in PLM Functional Knowledge to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Apply Agile PLM methodologies to streamline product development and management processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of PLM solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support PLM initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of PLM strategies with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented PLM solutions making adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of PLM processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate PLM solutions with existing systems and technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PLM and supply chain management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PLM practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong PLM Functional Knowledge with a focus on consumer goods supply chain.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM methodologies and their application in product management.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing PLM solutions in a hybrid work environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
