About the Role

Our Client, a market leader and well-respected pioneer in the surgical implant space, is seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable
Surgical Consultant
to drive sales growth and provide clinical support for their dental implant solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of surgical procedures and implant dentistry. In this role, the successful candidate will be at times be present during the dental surgeries as an advisor to the dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals and oral surgeons
  • Promote and sell dental implant systems, instruments, and related solutions
  • Provide in-clinic product demonstrations and surgical case support
  • Educate clients on best practices, new products, and clinical techniques
  • Manage a defined sales territory and achieve revenue targets
  • Attend trade shows, study clubs, and professional events to strengthen market presence

Qualifications

  • Background in dental or medical device sales preferred. Proven track record as a B2B sales "all-star" a must
  • Knowledge of dental implantology or surgical procedures is an asset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and territory management experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA. Ideal candidates will live between Etobicoke and Hamilton.

First year compensation is a mix of a modest base salary with a generous and attainable commission plan that should yield $115,000+. Compensation will increase year over year. A competitive car allowance along with cell phone, laptop and entertainment expense account is provided in addition to compensation.
