We're looking for an Interior Design Assistant & Selections Coordinator to join our design team — someone who lives and breathes design, thrives on details, and loves seeing ideas come to life. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients, trades, and our in-house team to curate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that bring each custom home to life.

You'll help guide clients through the design and selection process, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinate project documentation from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in their design eye, and ready to take ownership of multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-end residential environment.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with clients to review and confirm design selections.
  • Prepare detailed interior design drawings and renderings using 
    AutoCAD
     and 
    SketchUp
    .
  • Coordinate specifications, documentation, and finish schedules for custom homes.
  • Manage communication with suppliers and trades to ensure selections are ordered and installed correctly.
  • Support the lead designer through all project stages — from concept to completion.
  • Stay current on design trends, materials, and products to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in 
    SketchUp
    , 
    AutoCAD
    , and Microsoft Office (BuilderTrend experience is a bonus).
  • Strong understanding of 
    materials, finishes, and colour theory
    .
  • Excellent 
    organizational and communication skills
     — you can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
  • A keen eye for design and an obsession with the details.
  • Previous experience in residential interior design, construction, or selections coordination is preferred.
