Position Overview:

Design Dreams is looking for a creative and organized Design Assistant to support our projects, including setting up Airbnbs, assisting with social media, and running errands.

This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up private client projects & Airbnbs, ensuring spaces are styled beautifully.
  • Cardboard breakdown and rubbish removal, collaborating with the team, and managing inventory.
  • Unboxing materials and supporting project installations including handymen, movers, stylists and the design lead.
  • Possibly running errands and assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Helping create social media content to showcase projects and engage our audience.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Experience in the field of Interior Design. A Certification or a degree is also accepted
  • Has an eye for design, organization and space layouts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Has experience with social media platforms - will be taking content while on site and editing videos.
