Intermediate Interior Designer / Showhome Procurement Partner

We're a design-forward Calgary studio looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer who knows their way around residential design, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced, beautifully chaotic design environment. Think: lots of creativity, lots of client interaction, and lots of chances to make spaces look amazing.

What You'll Do

  • Guide homeowners through interior finish selections (we promise—it's the fun part).
  • Create cohesive vision-driven palettes, layouts, and design plans.
  • Work with builders, trades, and our team to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Review, prep, and present interior selection documents like a detail-loving pro.
  • Assist with showhome finish selections, furniture sourcing, procurement, and setup days (aka the best days).
  • Stay on top of design trends, new products, and what's hot in the industry.
  • Keep documentation accurate and organized—future you will appreciate it.
  • Visit suppliers, showhomes, design centers, and the occasional muddy jobsite.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Interior Design + 4+ years of residential experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident client presence.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints (non-negotiable).
  • Microsoft Office skills and general tech-savviness.
  • A reliable vehicle + valid driver's license.
  • A positive, curious, creative vibe—and maybe even an interest in making Reels or TikToks (bonus points).
  • Colour vision that can spot the difference between "greige" and "warm taupe."
