Position: Supply/Merchandising Intern

Work Location: Paris, ON

Work Model: Hybrid

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in progress
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
  • Interest in the automotive and/or material planning and logistics Industry
  • Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
  • Candidates must be available May to August 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress

  • Assist with processing of new part set up and associated part attribute coding
  • Assist with Supplier Ship Direct reporting and follow up
  • Assist with SAP Past Due follow up and alerts as required for vacation coverage
  • Assist in supporting all matters related to parts supply which may include: order processing parameters such as freezes / weekly order quantities, work instruction updates, and backorder reviews
  • Other administrative support and projects as required
