Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. The position involves handling administrative tasks, managing front desk responsibilities, and providing support to team members and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with pricing, product information, orders, and general inquiries.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, returns, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and verify incoming shipments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and couriers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Track and confirm shipments, shortages, and stock adjustments.
  • Prepare basic daily/weekly reports and keep files organized.
  • Support management with documentation and occasional special projects.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams.
  • Follow-up receiving customer payments such as term of payment, overdue invoices, method payment, etc.

Skills

  • Experience in parts administration, automotive or truck parts, or related office roles.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail; able to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable with a fast-paced workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
