As the Product Manager for the Gift and Loyalty Portfolio, you will take ownership of dynamic products that shape how merchants engage customers. You'll lead strategy, roadmap, and execution—bringing new features to life, optimizing products, and delivering best-in-market solutions. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the chance to influence outcomes, manage P&L, and collaborate across teams to create products that delight and drive growth.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Product - Value Added Services.
Posting Type: Replacement Position.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $99,730 - $130,336.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Contribute to the formulation of product strategy and ensure alignment of portfolio against overarching product and corporate strategies.
Develop and execute a 3-month to 18-month product development roadmap for assigned portfolio.
Manage all elements of the product life cycle including product ideation, gathering and creating product requirements, new product launches, introducing new features and functionality, and retiring outdated or redundant features.
Accountable for feedback loop to adapt the product through frequent increments. This includes managing and soliciting feedback from clients, sales, technology and operations on tech trials and pilots, working with the organization to deliver best in market solutions and address / prioritize any remediations needed before commercial launch.
Prioritize product requirements against resources and revenue opportunities to maximize impact of future releases against achieving published corporate priorities.
Responsible for product P&L, including delivering products on budget, within defined scope, and with agreed-upon specifications to enable the achievement of defined benefits and OKRs.
Maintains a high level of transparency and communication through proactive interactions with product team. Fosters collaborative relationships with internal partners to ensure the success of the product roadmap, product readiness, and product launch.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a product management capacity, managing multiple products through the full product life cycle.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices and the ability to learn/use applicable tools and processes.
Experience in strategic planning, project lifecycle management, portfolio management, compliance, and change management.
Highly proficient in leading product roadmaps and requirements gathering and communicating progress/approach with peers, clients and leaders.
Knowledge and application of both theoretical and practical aspects of product management, including various product management tools and techniques.
Effectively work in teams across the organization with multiple stakeholders and to influence and align others.
Experience in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business is an asset.
