Chief Product Officer

About the Role

Snaplii is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our gifting function. This role will involve owning the product roadmap, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering an exceptional user experience that enhances the way our users send digital gift cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of fintech or digital gifting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Company-Wide Product Strategy

• Define and evolve the overall product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals

• Lead the product organization, hiring and mentoring PMs across verticals (payments, rewards, compliance, etc.)

• Drive company-level prioritization across competing initiatives, balancing user needs, compliance requirements, and monetization opportunities

• Partner with executive leadership (CEO, CFO, COO) to shape quarterly OKRs and long-term product strategy

Monetization Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Design and test monetization models (e.g., markups, expiry, promotions, tiered discounts) to improve profit per transaction

• Explore high-yield use cases such as corporate gifting, bundling, and dynamic pricing

• Analyze unit economics across card types, user segments, and campaign performance

• Work with leadership to define revenue targets and own the delivery plan

• Identify new use cases (e.g., corporate gifting, prepaid wallets) and drive commercial validation

Marketing Collaboration & User Acquisition

• Work with growth and marketing teams to explore how gift cards can function as a value-based incentive to drive user action (e.g., onboarding, referrals, promotions)

• Design and execute gifting-driven campaigns: refer-a-friend, seasonal incentives, viral challenges, etc.

• Track CAC, ROI, and gifting-attributed user LTV to optimize funnel effectiveness

Data-Driven Insights & Competitive Positioning

• Own the performance dashboard for gifting: GMV, redemption rate, churn, re-purchase rate, etc.

• Benchmark Snaplii's gifting model against competitors and emerging industry players

• Identify market white spaces and propose initiatives to capitalize on them

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on monetized, consumer-facing mobile applications

• Direct experience in the gift card or loyalty program space (e.g., digital gifting, rewards platforms, branded currency, point-based incentives) is highly preferred

• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and value-seeking behavior (e.g., cashback culture, discount-driven adoption)

• Strong business acumen; confident in defining and executing monetization strategies

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally on marketing-driven product campaigns

• Fluent in Mandarin

• Bonus: Experience working with gift card teams or digital incentive programs at major brands (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, Esso), or with merchant partnerships in B2C gifting platforms

• Bonus: Exposure to Web3, tokenized rewards, or blockchain-based consumer applications is also considered a bonus.

• Bonus: Experience in financial institutions or regulated fintech environments is a plus.

This Role Is Perfect If You…

• Think like a product designer but execute like a business owner

• Have a commercial mindset and enjoy building scalable monetization strategies

• Want to be the "business brain" behind a product with strong design and tech already in place

• Thrive at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and operations

• Understand what motivates users to "feel like they're saving money" and how to turn that into long-term engagement
