Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new residential customers by canvassing neighborhoods, presenting our pest protection programs, and signing clients up for our services. This position is ideal for students, competitive personalities, or individuals looking to earn significant income in a dynamic and fun environment. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners.
- Deliver a persuasive sales pitch and clearly explain the benefits of our pest protection programs.
- Schedule customers into our seasonal pest protection plans.
- Track leads and sales using company-provided tools.
- Collaborate closely with your team leader and sales manager.
- Attend weekly training meetings and performance huddles to improve your skills.
- Represent the True North Pest Control brand in a professional manner.
- Provide basic customer service by addressing homeowner questions and concerns.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed base pay: $18/hour (minimum 12-hour work week).
- Uncapped commissions
- Monthly bonuses for achieving team targets.
- Full training provided (includes scripts, objection handling, and field shadowing).
- Flexible scheduling recommended for 12–20 hours per week.
- A high-energy outdoor work environment with team-based activities and company events.

- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Willing to train and develop without prior experience.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to travel to assigned territories within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak season.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be comfortable walking door-to-door.
Sales Schedule:
- Flexible working hours of 12–20 hours per week.
- Peak sales hours are from 4 PM to 8 PM on weekdays.
- Saturday shifts are available.
- The sales season starts in early spring and ends just before the fall (March – September).
