Are You Our Next Garage Door Service Technician Trainee?
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to learn. You don't need prior garage door experience — just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow into a skilled trade. You're someone who takes pride in a job well done, works well with your hands, and shows up every day ready to learn something new. You'll support our experienced technicians while building your own technical and customer service skills along the way. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
A Day in the Life of a Technician Trainee
As a Technician Trainee, you'll be paired with a lead technician, learning the ins and outs of garage door systems, installations, service calls, and customer communication. Every day is hands-on and different, giving you a chance to gain real-world experience and build your future in a stable and rewarding trade.
- Support the lead technician on service and installation jobs
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized
- Stay one step ahead to help the team move efficiently
- Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service vehicle
- Interact with customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Work in various weather conditions
- Follow direction, stay engaged, and ask questions to accelerate your learning

Location: GTA
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Time: Typically 7:00 AM start (10-hour shifts)
Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Benefits: benefits , On-site parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional on-call and overtime required
