Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role includes answering incoming calls, assisting walk-in customers, managing customer updates, and handling data entry with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Provide updates to customers regarding repair status
  • Enter customer, vehicle, and repair information into internal systems with high accuracy
  • Support the collision centre team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (automotive or collision centre experience is an asset)
  • Basic understanding of the collision repair process
  • Basic knowledge of how to write or understand a collision estimate is an asset
  • Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
