We are looking for a **Customer Service Rep / Front of Shop Staff** to oversee operations at our retail flower shop.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage daily operations of the flower shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
- Receive, clean, and process flowers to maintain freshness and quality for arrangements.
- Collaborate with the floral design team to create and display beautiful floral arrangements for sale.
- Ensure the shop is well-stocked with a variety of fresh flowers, plants, and related products.
- Handle customer orders and special requests, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a visually appealing and welcoming shop environment.
- Support other customer service representatives in delivering exceptional service.
- Post weekly updates on social media to engage with our community and promote our offerings.
- Help develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the floral or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially on the phone.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
