PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Location: Halifax, NS

Type: Full-time / Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for a motivated and professional Personal Assistant to work directly with the company owner. This position requires someone organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities—from administrative tasks to marketing, promotions, errands and more.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
  • Must live in HRM
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • QuickBooks experience (basic bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking)
  • Comfortable with AI tools, scheduling systems, and online platforms
  • Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Skilled with creating flyers, promotions, and advertisements
  • Able to run errands and assist with day-to-day operations
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calls, schedules, and appointments
  • Assist with business operations, invoicing, and record-keeping
  • Design and post social media content and marketing materials
  • Run errands, pickups, and deliveries as needed
  • Support event planning, promotions, and project coordination
  • Work closely with ownership to help organize multiple businesses and ideas
