About the Role
We're looking for a confident, articulate, and driven B2B Outreach Representative to join our expanding team. This role is central to our growth and offers the opportunity to shape first impressions for our businesses across multiple industries.
You'll play a key part in introducing companies to our services, identifying potential opportunities, and helping them take their first step toward a modernized, more efficient operation. Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound outreach to business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce AVCM's solutions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Qualify prospects and identify opportunities for our consulting and marketing services
- Maintain organized call notes, outreach logs, and follow-up activity
- Demonstrate excellent communication while representing the AVCM brand
- Continuously refine your approach to improve performance and outcomes
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, outreach, or similar roles
- Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills
- A confident presence on the phone and the ability to hold professional conversations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in an independent workflow
- Driven by results and excited by the impact your performance can create
- Strong sense of initiative with a desire to grow within a developing company
