We're building a thriving organization that's purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.As a Manager, Dynamics 365 CE Platform Development your responsibilities will include: Manage and mentor and grow a team of developers for the development, integrations and maintenance of applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.Align engineering efforts with business objectives and long-term strategy.Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning.Implement and refine development processes to improve efficiency and quality.Monitor and improve code quality, testing coverage, and system reliability.Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Guide architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices while developing systems to support both business and technical integration needs.Lead team of developers on design, development and implementation of integrations through various cloud technology platforms and methods.Broad Understanding of the D365 technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, etc.Champion agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment practices.Doane Grant ThorntonIf you're a bit like us, you're driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
