Responsibilities

  • Project analysis, requirement gathering and design - conducting client workshop's and developing functional design documentation
  • Strong expertise around the sales order process and areas surrounding
  • Hands on within the functional configuration and user acceptance testing of newly designed features and development
  • Supporting customers in training key users and overseeing go-live to ensure a smooth transition onto their new D365 CE platform

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experienced in the functional implementation of Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE end to end (from either end customer or partner perspective)
  • Strong understanding in one of more core modules, including sales, marketing, customer service, field service
  • Full project lifecycle expertise
  • Methodical and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team or independently
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident approach to customer interaction and stakeholder management
